Can I save activities for later?

Yes! Save activities by clicking the heart icon on any activity page to add them to your wishlist. You can access your wishlist anytime by selecting the heart icon at the top of the page.

How do I search for experiences in multiple cities?

You can search for experiences in multiple cities by entering destinations in our search bar. Additionally, use the “Wishlist” feature to compare activities across cities.

Are there curated itineraries for longer stays?

Yes, for longer trips, our extended itineraries include multi-day activity bundles. These can be accessed in the “Trip Inspiration” section.

Making a Booking
How do I book an activity?

To book an activity:

  1. Select your destination and activity.
  2. Choose your date, participants, and language (if available).
  3. Add your details and choose a payment method. 
  4. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Can I book multiple activities in one go?

Absolutely! Use our multi-activity booking feature by adding each activity to your cart. Once ready, complete the checkout process to confirm all bookings at once.

What is included in the activity?

Each activity page on BookingRadar clearly specifies what is included and excluded under the “Includes” section. Look for the following details:

  • Included: Entry tickets, guides, transportation, meals (where applicable).
  • Not Included: Personal expenses, optional gratuities, or additional services.

If unsure about any inclusions, refer to the "Full Description" section of the activity page or contact the activity provider directly using the information on your voucher.

How can I check the duration of an activity?

The duration of each activity is listed in the "About this Activity" section.

  • Fixed-time activities (e.g., guided tours) have a start and end time.
  • Flexible-time activities (e.g., hop-on hop-off tours) offer validity periods for use.

Check the “Know Before You Go” section or voucher for precise timing information.

Where can I find the itinerary details?

The full itinerary, including stops and highlights, is available in the "Full Description" section of the activity page. Expand the section for a detailed breakdown.

How can I confirm the start time or operating hours?
  • Before Booking: Check availability by selecting a date on the activity page.
  • After Booking: Refer to your voucher or the “My Bookings” section for confirmed start times and operating details.
Pet Policy

To see whether you can take your pet (e.g. dog) on the activity, please check the "Not allowed" and/or "Know before you go" sections on the activity's page.

If no pet policy is stated on our website or app and you have already booked the activity, please contact the activity provider. Their contact details can be found on your voucher or in the booking details of the activity in the BookingRadar app.

Food and Drinks

To see whether food and/or drinks are included in your activity, please check the "Includes" section or in the "Know before you go" section of the activity's page.

For some activities, lunch or dinner are optional and can be selected either as an option before adding the activity to your cart or as an add-on at checkout.

If you wish to specify any dietary requirements (such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) and were not prompted to do so during the booking process and/or need any further information, please contact the activity provider. Their contact details can be found on your voucher or in the booking details in the BookingRadar app.

How do I modify a booking before confirmation?

If you’re still in the process of booking and need to make changes, simply navigate back to the activity page, adjust your options, and add it to your cart again.

Discovering the Correct Activities
How can I find activities that match my interests?

Use the search filters to narrow down results by time, price, language, duration, accessibility, and more. Enter your destination in the search bar, apply relevant filters, and click "Show Results."

What are BookingRadar’s recommended activities?

BookingRadar curates top-rated experiences by traveler feedback and expert recommendations. Simply click “Top Picks” on the search results page to view our recommended options.

How can I find family-friendly activities?

Select the “Family-Friendly” filter under Interests to view safe, enjoyable activities for children and families.

Does BookingRadar recommend solo-travel-friendly activities?

Yes, solo travelers can explore our “Solo Adventures” filter to find experiences perfect for individuals looking to explore independently.

Booking Availability and Pricing
How can I check an activity’s availability?

Select your desired date and the number of participants, then click "Check Availability." If an activity isn’t available on a certain date, the calendar will indicate unavailable days.

Are there discounts for children or seniors?

Yes, we offer discounts for specific age groups where available. You’ll find the pricing details when selecting participants for an activity. Currently, other discounts (e.g., military, disability) are not available.

Can I book activities at the last minute?

Yes, BookingRadar offers last-minute availability for many activities. Simply check the calendar for open slots or explore “Last-Minute Deals.”

What does the “From” price mean?

The “From” price represents the lowest available cost for an activity. The final price may vary based on date, group size, or selected options.

Our price match guarantee applies only when you find the exact same activity offered online under identical conditions. These conditions include:

  1. Location
  2. Number of participants
  3. Availability

If you find a lower price elsewhere, simply use the contact form below to send us the details.

Make sure to include a link to the page where the activity is offered at a lower price. The price, activity title, and the name of the activity provider need to be clearly visible in your submission. We'll verify if the lower price meets our policy criteria and, if applicable, we will issue a refund for the price difference at our discretion.

Please note that the price matching offer does not cover additional discounts that you might be eligible for on other websites.

Customization and Personalization
Can I request a customized tour?

Most activities are available as described; however, BookingRadar offers private tours that may allow some flexibility. Check each activity page under “Customization Options” for details or submit a question to the supplier directly. 

How do I specify dietary preferences or accessibility needs?

If your booking requires special arrangements, contact the activity provider directly using the information provided on your confirmation voucher or add your requests in the special request field upon booking.

Are there options for travelers with specific dietary needs?

Some tours accommodate dietary requirements like vegan or gluten-free meals. Look for these details in the “Know Before You Go” section or contact the provider directly.

Booking Confirmation and Vouchers
How will I receive my booking confirmation?

Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with your BookingRadar voucher. This serves as your entry ticket, listing all necessary details like start time, location, and cancellation policy.

Can I use a mobile voucher?

Most of our activities accept mobile vouchers. If a printed voucher is required, it will be specified on your confirmation email and in the "About this Activity" section of the booking.

What should I do if I lose my voucher?

You can access your voucher anytime in the “My Bookings” section of the website or mobile app. If you can’t find it, contact our support team.

Managing Your Booking
How do I reschedule my booking?

If your booking allows rescheduling, visit the “My Bookings” section, select your booking, and choose a new date/time. You’ll find rescheduling terms in your confirmation email.

Can I add or remove participants after booking?

To add more people, create a new booking for additional participants. To reduce the number of participants, visit the “My Bookings” page, select your booking, and choose the "Modify" option, otherwise you are able to contact the supplier and request any special requests.

Can I split my group into separate bookings?

Yes, group members can book separately as long as the total participant count meets the activity’s requirements. Contact the provider if you need assistance coordinating.

Can I merge multiple bookings into one group?

If bookings were made separately, contact the activity provider. Their contact details can be found on your voucher.

Proof of payment and VAT invoice

To access your Invoice, follow these steps:

Go to the Bookings page at the top right of the BookingRadar website

Select the booking for which you need the receipt

Click on “View booking summary

Click on "Request Invoice"

An automatic email will be sent to the person who made the booking with the proof of payment attached

Additionally, you can find the proof of payment in the booking confirmation sent via email. At the bottom of the email, click “Download Invoice.” You will be directed to the Bookings page where you can follow the steps above.

If you need a VAT invoice, please note that it’s the responsibility of the activity provider to issue it. To request a VAT invoice, please contact the activity provider directly. Their contact details can be found on your voucher or in the booking details in the BookingRadar app. In the Bookings tab, simply tap "Booking details" and scroll down to the "Questions about this activity?" section.

Ticket Validity and Usage
Is there a time limit on my ticket?

Ticket validity can vary; some are valid on the booked date only, while others may be used within a designated timeframe. Check the “Ticket Validity” section on the activity page or on your voucher for specifics.

How can I activate my ticket?

For activities requiring ticket activation, details will be provided in the “Activation Information” section of your voucher.

Can I extend the validity of my ticket?

For some flexible tickets, validity can be extended. Contact support to check if this applies to your booking.

Meeting Point and Pickup Services
Where can I find meeting point details?

The meeting point is listed on the activity page before booking and on your voucher after booking. Use the link to open maps for easy navigation to the meeting point, ask the supplier directly for any questions. 

How do I confirm or update my pickup location?

If your activity includes pickup, you’ll be prompted to enter or select your location during booking. Post-booking, you can update this on the “My Bookings” page if changes are allowed, if you have a special request please contact the supplier.

Can I request a specific pickup time?

For private tours or flexible pickup services, you may request a specific time. Contact the provider directly after booking.

On the Day of the Activity
I can’t find the meeting point. What should I do?

If you have trouble locating the meeting point, contact the activity provider directly using the details on your voucher. For further assistance, reach out to our support team via chat or phone.

I’m running late; can I still join?

If you’re delayed, contact the activity provider immediately. Their contact information is on your voucher. While some activities can accommodate late arrivals, this depends on the provider.

What happens if the guide or driver doesn’t show up?

Check your contact information and call the activity provider listed on your voucher. If you can’t reach them, contact our support team immediately.

Activity Souvenirs and Lost Items
How do I retrieve lost items or missing souvenirs?

If you left something behind or haven’t received an on-site purchase, contact the activity provider. Their contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

Cancellation and Refunds
What is the cancellation policy?

Each activity has a specific cancellation policy outlined on the activity page and in your booking confirmation. Visit “My Bookings” to check eligibility for a cancellation or reschedule.

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel, navigate to “My Bookings,” find your activity, and select “Cancel.” If eligible, refunds will be processed according to the provider’s policy.

Cancellation policy

Most of our activities come with a free 24-hour cancellation policy, meaning you can cancel your booking up until 24 hours before the activity starts to receive a full refund.

Before booking, you can check the activity's cancellation policy in the "About this activity" section of the activity's page.

After booking, you'll find more information regarding your booking's specific cancellation policy on your BookingRadar voucher.

Depending on the activity provider's policy, your booking will be:

Fully Refundable / Standart: you'll receive a full refund if canceled within the cancellation policy

Partially Refundable: you'll receive a partial refund if canceled within the cancellation policy

Non-Refundable / All sales are final : no refund will be provided if you decide to cancel

Cancellation by activity provider

In the unlikely event that the activity provider needs to cancel your booking, they'll do their best to offer you an alternative date or timeslot. If no alternative is available or acceptable to you, we will fully refund your booking.

If you've received an email from us confirming the cancellation, your refund will be automatically processed via the same payment method you used to book the activity. Depending on the payment method used, you should see the refund in your account within 3-5 business days.

Writing a Review
How can I leave feedback on my experience?

After completing your activity, you’ll receive an email with a link to review your experience. Your feedback helps other travelers and supports providers in maintaining high standards.

Are reviews anonymous?

Yes, your review is anonymous. It will only include your feedback and rating without displaying personal information.

Can I update my review after submission?

Currently, reviews cannot be edited once submitted. If you’d like to add feedback, contact our support team to request an update.

Contacting Customer Support
How can I reach BookingRadar customer support?

You can contact our support team via live chat, email, or phone. Our contact details are available on your booking confirmation email and at the bottom of every BookingRadar page.

How do I contact the activity provider directly?

After booking, the provider’s contact information will be available on your voucher. This allows you to connect with them for specific questions about the activity, you are also able to contact the supplier using the question submitting option next to each activity.

How do I report an issue with the app?

Use the “Report Issue” feature in the app’s settings. For urgent problems, contact our support team.

Can I contact support via WhatsApp or live chat?

Yes, BookingRadar offers live chat and WhatsApp support during operating hours. Look for the chat icon on our website or app.
