Pickup is available from most hotels and central locations in Amman. Please provide your hotel name and full address when booking so we can arrange the closest and most convenient pickup point for you. Standard pickup from Amman hotels is usually between 08:00 and 09:00. Your exact pickup time and meeting point will be confirmed on your voucher after booking. For accommodations outside central Amman or in outlying areas, a nearby meeting point or an additional pickup fee may apply. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time, with your booking confirmation and passport/ID. If you have not received your pickup details by 18:00 on the day before the tour, contact our customer support so we can assist you.
