The story

Twenty years of building real travel experiences.

BookingRadar started in 2002 as a family-run tour operator in Israel. Not an aggregator. Not a marketplace. A real operator that designed, organized, and delivered the full travel experience from arrival to departure.

For two decades we ran tours and transfers ourselves: building itineraries, employing guides, contracting drivers, coordinating accommodations, and handling every detail of every trip. We learned what travelers actually need by being the ones responsible when something went wrong at 2am in a hotel lobby half a world away.

The shift to platform came after we knew the operator side cold. By 2010 we built our own booking infrastructure. By 2018 we were aggregating supplier inventory through Bokun and other connectivity tools. By 2022 we relaunched as BookingRadar, bringing the operator's perspective into a platform that connects travelers with vetted operators worldwide.

What stayed the same through all of it: the same family still runs it. We sit in offices in Los Angeles and Eilat, we know our supplier partners personally because we've been on the operator side ourselves, and we still pick up the phone when something goes wrong.

The world doesn't need another generic OTA. It needs a platform run by people who've been the operators on the other end of the booking. That's the difference.

01
Personally vetted operators

Every operator on the platform has been individually onboarded and reviewed. No automatic listings.

02
Real human support

Customer service in 6 languages, including WhatsApp 24/7. Native speakers, not chatbots.

03
Family-run since 2002

Same ownership, same values, same accountability. No private equity, no acquisition pressure.

04
Multi-language native

Built from day one for travelers in English, Hebrew, Russian, Spanish, German, and French.

On the future of OTAs
